Does your vehicle have a steering position sensor? The steering position sensor is nested inside the plastic OEM column bearing and has a wiring harness attached to it. The column bearing is located under the dash near the brake pedal. See pictures.
Wolff Engineering GM309SS Lower Steering Column Cartridge Bearing for GM columns with 2.25" jacket and 1" shaft. This cartridge bearing is designed around a precision, sealed deep-groove radial ball bearing. The cartridge body is constructed of acetal and is CNC machined to provide a snug fit into the column jacket. The center hub is CNC turned from stainless steel and has four stainless steel set screws that engage the steering shaft. This arrangement produces a precise fit with zero radial play.

The GM309SS is compatible with 2014 - 2020 GM Trucks/SUV's. Please see the picture of the OEM bearing on this page. If your OEM bearing looks like the one pictured, then the GM309SS will serve as a direct replacement.
