Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Wolff Engineering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

What qualifies for a full refund or exchange:

  • Defective Items (we will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost)

  • Manufacturer error (wrong part shipped)

What does NOT qualify for a free return or exchange:

  • Customer error in selecting the correct part, including ordering the GM109SS WITHOUT Sensor Housing when your truck actually has a steering position sensor.

Important Sensor Version Note: The GM109SS WITHOUT Sensor Housing and the GM109SS WITH Sensor Housing are different products.

  • The WITHOUT version is $5 less because it does not include the sensor housing.

  • If your steering column has a sensor (a round, rectangular, or disk-shaped module on the side of the column), you must order the WITH Sensor version. Customers who order the wrong version are responsible for the return shipping cost plus a $15 restocking fee.

Exchange Option If you ordered the wrong sensor version, we are happy to exchange it for the correct one. You will be responsible for:

  • Return shipping of the wrong item

  • The $5 price difference for the correct version

  • Any additional shipping cost to send the correct version

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact us first at [your email] or through the Contact page before shipping anything back.

  2. Include your order number and a brief explanation.

  3. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and hardware.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturer error.
